Calling All Crows' #HereForTheMusic Campaign to prevent sexual violence in the music industry has partnered with 75+ artists, venues, festivals, and companies to build true safety into our industry. There's a lot of buzz about creating a more diverse industry - and a crucial piece of this puzzle is creating an industry that is safe and inclusive so that you can attract, retain, and not traumatize top audio engineers. Together, we'll learn practical skills to identify potentially harmful behaviors, intervene safely and effectively, and advocate for safety in your workplaces. This will be interactive and full of sample scenarios to practice with, so come prepared to dig in - this is not your typical sexual harassment training.
